Simon Sinek:  Most things break in the middle.  We appoint people to leadership and then we don’t train people to lead.  No one is teaching us listening and communication skills, how to give and receive feedback, how to have the difficult conversations, how to create a team.

Why do we think we can promote people to leadership positions and not train them how to do it?

This is your opportunity to become a student of leadership. Let’s develop you into the leaders you wish you had!
